Payments can be made via wire transfer, paypal, send cashiers cheque / bank draft.  The funds will be transferred internally from JetStream’s head office in Miami to JetStream’s Puerto Rican office.

After 14 to 21 days, your corporation will be set up. You will travel to our office in Carolina, Puerto Rico to finalize the process. You will be given a copy of your Corporation Book – it includes: bylaws, shares information and the official seal. The original will stay in Puerto Rico. 

When you travel, we will provide transportation between the airport, the hotel and the bank, if you require it. 

LEGAL TIP: Because it was set up in Puerto Rico, your corporation ONLY obeys to laws in Puerto Rico, and JetStream  does not report back to IRS.
