At 5 Star Training & Treatments, we strive to provide the best experience for our clients. To ensure smooth operations and fairness for all participants, please review the following policies before booking.


1. Booking & Payment Policy

- Advance Booking Required:
All training sessions and treatments must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting our support team.
- Payment Requirement: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and secure online payment options.
- Package & Course Purchases: If you are purchasing a training package, all sessions must be used within the stated validity period.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations:

- Cancellations made at least 4 days (96 hours) before your scheduled session will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 4 days of the scheduled session are non-refundable, but you may request a reschedule.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the session will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your appointment once at no charge if the request is made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Reschedule requests within 48 hours of the session will require a $50 rescheduling fee.

No-Shows:
- Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a full loss of payment, and no reschedule will be offered.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy
- Due to the nature of our specialized training and treatments, all sales are final once the service has been provided.
- If you cannot attend a training session, you may transfer your booking to another participant with prior approval.
- In cases of medical emergencies, please provide supporting documentation, and we will assess refund or rescheduling options on a case-by-case basis.W


4. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session based on availability.
- Missed time due to late arrivals will not be refunded or credited toward future sessions.


5. Training & Treatment Policies
- Commitment to Results:
Our treatments and training programs are designed for optimal transformation. Your full participation and adherence to program protocols are required.
- Medical Considerations: If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, please consult with your healthcare provider before booking. We are not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed conditions.
- Instructor & Practitioner Authority: Our instructors and practitioners reserve the right to end a session if a participant is disruptive, uncooperative, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
- Personal Responsibility: Results vary based on individual commitment and health factors. We do not guarantee specific results.

6. Privacy & Data Security
- We respect your privacy. Your personal information is kept confidential and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
- All payment transactions are securely processed through encrypted technology for maximum security.
